There were a few times that I purchased their tins of popcorn that arrived on my doorstep with the chocolate already melted from the South Florida heat. Once brought inside they were never the same due to all the chocolate liquifying into the popcorn. I eventually sent an email to the company about this ongoing problem not expecting such a thorough response and action. They took measures to make it right by replacing the last order and furthermore sent me future orders with dry ice to prevent them from melting. Job well done by the customer service department (Haydee in particular). Funky Chunky you now have a customer for life
