Shipping and Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Every Funky Chunky order is hand-made to order in our Minnesota facility, which means we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, or cancel an order once we've begun preparing it for shipment — except where required by law. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrives with the wrong items or is damaged due to an error on our end, please email us at sales@funkychunky.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reship the correct order at no cost to you. This does not cover melted product (see below), carrier damage, or address errors.
Shipping Times
We generally ship within 3–4 business days, often sooner, but shipping dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery, and we're not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands. During hot-weather shipping months, please see below for our limited shipping days.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. If a package needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address, additional charges will apply.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping promotions apply only to gift orders placed between September 16th and May 14th. For case orders of our individual flavors — and for all orders placed between May 15 and September 15 — the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Hot-Weather Shipping
Most of our products are chocolate-based. To minimize the risk of melting during warmer periods, all orders are shipped via a minimum service of 2-Day Air (at the customer's expense) and only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure packages are not sitting in a non-temperature-controlled facility over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Even with expedited shipping, we are unable to refund orders for product that melts in extreme heat, so please plan accordingly.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Coverage
We ship within the United States only and do not currently offer international shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are available via expedited shipping options (2-Day Air or Next Day Air) only.
